Rémy Martin – The Heart of Cognac Experience
The ‘Heart of Cognac Experience’ is a 4-week pop-up event beginning September 19 in Calgary that features informative 90-minute sessions designed to immerse attendees in 289 years of history. The experience includes: cocktail tasting, personalized blending room, and barrel tasting. “Calgary’s culinary and cocktail culture is filled with great energy, innovation, and creativity,” states Rémy Martin representative Matthew Rodriguez. “When selecting the location for this year’s Heart of Cognac Experience, we immediately saw how well that complimented the energy of Rémy Martin. This fall, we will give Calgarians the experience of visiting the House of Rémy Martin in Cognac, France, blending real eaux-de-vie into cognac, and touring famous cellars.”

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Louis XIII de Rémy Martin
- Gold flakes
Instructions
- Light tea-light candle. Heat in brandy snifter for only 5 seconds (just to warm the glass). Dust with edible 24K gold flakes. Can also be served at room temperature.
Juicy Toddy
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Cranberry Juice
- Optional Cranberry Garnish
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and serve immediately.
