Rabl Grüner Veltliner Eiswein

By / Wine + Drinks / March 23rd, 2010 / 1

With 265 grams of residual sugar, one would think this wine would be a syrupy monster. Not the case at all, as the acid lifts it right up. There is wall-to-wall sweet basil, peaches, honey, pink grapefruit and spice as well as a long finish. Drink it over the next 10 years.
