Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG

By / Wine + Drinks / December 8th, 2009 / 1

Gavi tends to be quite simple and “uneventful”, lacking a lot of character, but not this one. Fresh and lively with a lovely brightness, citrus, bitter almond, and a racy mineral character. Refreshing and very drinkable. Great with fritto misto.
