Complex floral and tropical fruit aromas, enhanced by hints of smoke and mushroom. Concentrated quince, pear and apple flavours, complemented by a rich, oily texture. Off-dry upfront, but finishes dry, with notes of dried apricot and mineral. Enjoy with roasted pork belly with tarragon mustard jus.
