Peninsula Ridge Inox Chardonnay

The French term inox translates as “stainless steel,” and that’s what the French winemaker Jean-Pierre Colas calls his unoaked Chardonnay. The wine is straw coloured with a minerally, smoky, green apple nose; it’s medium-bodied with sweet apple fruit and a spicy note; finishes crisply dry.
