This week, Michael Pinkus reviews Coyote’s Run contribution to the worlds of Pinot Noir and rosé. The Coyote’s Run 2009 Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose ($29.95) is available at the winery. Located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, specifically in the village of St. David’s, a road trip to this winery is a superb way of spending a beautiful summer day.
