John Glaetzer John’s Blend No. 32 Cabernet Sauvignon

By / Wine + Drinks / November 24th, 2010 / 1

Fermented and aged in French and American oak for 39 months, this forceful wine displays fine dark fruit with layers of cedar and spice on the complex, developed bouquet. Rich black currant flavours are encased by velvet texture with firm but supple tannins and still brisk acidity. Needs time.
