Iceberg Peaches and Cream
Here’s one for a summer evening spent, perhaps, sitting on a sandy beach or on a cozy chair on your backyard patio. Peaches and cream are naturals together. If you’re in an experimenting kind of mood, try using a scoop of vanilla ice cream in place of the cream. Otherwise, enjoy as is.
Since 1995, this ultra-premium vodka has been made by combining pristine water harvested from icebergs off the coast of Newfoundland with triple-distilled neutral spirit made from sweet corn grown in Ontario.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Iceberg Vodka
- 1 oz. peach schnapps
- 2 oz. Half/Half cream
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into an ice filled shaker.
- Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass over crushed ice if desired.
- Garnish with a slice of peach.
