Have some fun and enjoy one of these cocktails inspired by Dr. Suess and our favourite Christmas Snowman.

‘Tis the season!

The Grinch

Ingredients

2 ounces of Midori melon liqueur

½ ounce of fresh lime juice

1 tsp simple syrup

Ice

Maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation

Pour the Midori, lime juice, syrup and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail (Martini) glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry. See, the Grinch does have a heart!

Frosty the Snowman (a.k.a. Frosty’s afterlife)

Ingredients

3 ounces of eggnog

1 ½ ounces of spiced rum

1 ounce of crème de cacao

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation

Blend the eggnog, rum, crème de cacao and ice cream until smooth.

Pour into a chilled glass of your choice and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips…poor Frosty has melted away.
