Frangelico Easter Truffle

Today’s cocktail, the Frangelico Easter Truffle, is “the ultimate Easter cocktail with a smooth blend of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, SKYY Vodka, chilled espresso finished with a dusting of chocolate shavings that is sure to satisfy your candy craving,” says Kristin Newbigging, Account Coordinator at Skyy Vodka.

Although I would always encourage you to use whatever brand of drink you happen to have on hand, I can’t stress enough the importance of quality. Please make sure that you use the very best vodka and espresso. When you’re working with a recipe that requires so few ingredients, quality really does matter. Get the best you can afford. Buy the one you like the best. In the end, you’ll enjoy the recipe that much more. Once you have the necessary ingredients at hand, toss this cocktail together quickly, and enjoy a job well done. Frangelico Easter Truffle

1 oz Frangelico
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz Cold Espresso

Shake with ice and serve up in a cocktail or martini glass. Dust with dark chocolate shavings.
