Dal Pizzol Brut Traditional Method

By / Wine + Drinks / May 20th, 2010 / 1

Made with the same varieties as most Champagne (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir) and Sylvaner, it is aged 18 months before disgorgement. Light golden colour, discreet fruity nose. In spite of some residual sugar, it manages to give a nice feel of freshness, thanks to its simple, clean flavours and light body.
