The Henry of Pelham Speck brothers are at it again here. They developed this fruity cocktail to showcase the adaptability of icewine. You don’t need much more than sweet and fruity icewine, something sparkly (wine, water or soda) and some fresh fruit to turn a regular afternoon into something spectacular. This cocktail is the perfect switch-up once you’ve enjoyed a glass or two of that red wine by itself, of course.

Sibling Revelry Sangria

 

1 bottle Sibling Rivalry Red
200 ml Cabernet Franc Icewine
4 cans of seltzer water
1 cup of cut strawberries
1 cut up lemon
1 cut up orange

Place all ingredients in a large pitcher and add ice.
