Smoke, spice and black fruit jump out from the get-go. Graphite and garrigues dominate the palate. Massive minerality throughout. Black pepper and liquorice linger. Some will grasp its boldness, while others may be taken aback by its density. Go big on the food pairing: nicely-charred meat.
