Chateau Ksara Prieure

By / Wine + Drinks / April 16th, 2010 / 1

Developed fleshy red and dark fruits, a light hint of dry herb and peppery spice on the nose. Offers generously ripe blackberry and plum fruitiness with
lightly firm tannins and well-modulated acidity. Winds up with well-integrated fruit, spice, a splash of chocolate and appetizingly dry grip on the finish. Pair with casseroles and spicy Mediterranean meat dishes.
