Saskatoon Ayden Kitchen & Bar

While Saskatoon may not be the biggest city in Canada, it does emphasize supporting local bars and restaurants. If you take a walk through the Riversdale and downtown districts, you’ll find a slew of local businesses offering classic cocktails and signature mixes.

Here are five of the best places to find cocktails in Saskatoon.

Flint Saloon

Flint offers a relaxed atmosphere and some of the best drinks in the city. If you want to talk without screaming over music, this is your spot. Art by local artists covers the walls of the lounge, and the paintings revolve each month, so take a look around while sipping your sangria.

What to Get: Pomegranate Gimlet, Mojito, Moscow Mule

Congress Beer House

Congress offers more high-end cuisine and a cozier atmosphere than your usual pub. You can fill your stomach with the raw salmon poke ball, smoked chicken pappardelle and baked brie, while getting drinks. They offer a menu that includes both classic cocktails and their signatures.

What to Get: Chocolate Chai Tea and Raspberry Mint signature cocktails

Melody Tapas and Bar

If you want to mix your cocktails with live music, stop by Melody in the heart of downtown. This underground lounge serves hand-crafted cocktails you can order while lounging in the leather sofas and chairs. Every detail of the bar from the koi pond to the grand piano screams upscale.

What to Get: No New Friends, Torontonian, Aviation No.2

The Rook and Raven Pub

The Rook and Raven offers a casual atmosphere and a menu filled with cocktails and beertails. You’ll get the classic pub experience here whether you’re meeting up with friends, a new love, or with coworkers. They also offer a full menu that won’t make you cringe when you reach for the check.
