Made from Marechal Foch grapes from both the 2007 and 2008 harvests. Attractive salmon pink, with pleasing scents of red cherry, citrus and light herbal overtones. Bright flavours of cherry, grapefruit and a hint of raspberry kick in on the palate, with brisk, rather aggressive acidity and bone dry finish.
