The month of May here at Tidings is all about cocktails. We love these colourful concoctions that can vary so much on the flavour scale. Sour, bitter, sweet, fruity — we have no doubt that there probably is a cocktail out there to suit everyone’s tastes. In honour of all the imaginative libations ever created, and those that will be thanks to that ever-present human ingenuity, we will be showcasing winning cocktail recipes every day this week.

Liv is one of the upscale restaurants located within the White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This cocktail was one of the finalists at this year’s Flash & Panache: Icewine Cocktail Competition. The winning recipe by the Stone Road Grille will appear in this month’s edition of Tidings Magazine.
