Saint Patrick's Day Vermont Coffee

Vermont Coffee

A play on an Irish Coffee.

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
Strong black coffee
0.5 oz maple syrup
Maple / Angostura whipped cream*

Combine ingredients in an Irish Coffee glass and top with the whipped cream.

*Maple / Angostura Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp maple syrup
7 dashes Angostura bitters

Whip all ingredients in a bowl or shake without ice in a shaker.
