A blend of Sonoma with 14% Napa fruit. Deep purple-ruby colour with a bouquet of plum, black cherry and mocha chocolate; full-bodied, mouth-filling flavours of black plum and cherry with chocolate notes finishing with ripe, grainy tannins.
Scent of ripe grapefruit with a whiff of herb yields to lemon citrus and yellow tropical-fruit flavours with refreshingly light acidity and a long, fruity finish. Easy drinking, good value.
I absolutely love this white wine and was charmed by it. But I recommend it with a few warnings. Be prepared to experience something different. The wine shows lots of evolution and has a lot of character: exactly while I like it. A beautiful amber colour, full body and exotic notes of honey, orange peel, dried apricot, lemon rind and almond. Still fresh and vibrant despite its evolution. A real gem. Made for quail served with kumquat sauce.
Clear medium-deep brass color. Medium-intensity nose of very ripe apple and treacle toffee. Full-bodied, showing apple, peach and papaya flavours. Not overly sweet, as the acidity is in good balance. Drink now.
Opens with scents of delicate wild flowers, citrus and yellow tropical fruits. Ripe lemon-citrus leads off on the palate, with secondary tropical fruit flavours supported by fresh acidity, mineral and a suggestion of almond on the finish. A polished wine that will pair with grilled seafoods, roast chicken and other white meat dishes.
An inviting nose of blackberry, cherry-kirsch, campfire smoke and vanilla spice. The fruit is quite intense on the palate with soft tannins and gorgeous spice to balance it out. For drinking now with rack of lamb or any beef dish. A comfort wine made from Cab Sauv, Merlot, Syrah and Grenache.
Lifted strawberry and red berries. Pale salmon colour with a juicy citrus background and good acidity. Some clove, spice and zesty peppery notes through the finish. Juicy, luscious and generous.
