Clear, very deep plum red. Reticent nose with some cassis, herbal and woody undertones. Tastes like a left-bank Bordeaux from a warm year: lots of blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with vanilla and spice from oak maturation. Will probably improve somewhat for another 3 years.
