A dry full-bodied blend of Tempranillo with 5% Graciano. Deep ruby-purple in colour with a nose of blueberry, pepper, sweet spice, smoke and tar. Full and fleshy on the palate, yet tightened by fine tannins. A keeper.
Medium-deep maroon velvet. Smells very typically like an old Rioja: sweet prune jam, coffee, vanilla, tea. Quite fruity still, tasting of stewed fruits and raisins with smooth tannins and a very long finish. Ready now; drink up.
Ruby-purplish. Pleasant nose of red fruits and tobacco supported by toasted oak notes. Balanced, its intense flavour fills the mouth. Medium-bodied and full of juicy fruity extract. Enjoy now.
A charming, easy-to-drink white showing attractively aromatic peach, apricot and grapefruit with crisp acidity and gravelly mineral bite. Refreshingly light but characterful. Excellent value!
Medium-deep garnet. Aromas of roasted meat, oak, and raisins; also a surplus of sulphur that dissipates with a bit of time. A fruity wine tasting of cranberries and raspberry, light-bodied with a short finish. Good pizza wine.
Shows bright red cherry scents with spicy, minty and graphite overtones. Lively cherry fruit on the palate is supported by light tannic grip, brisk acid balance and a light splash of chocolate and spice on the finish.
Shows plenty of character and some complexity derived from bottle age. Developed dark cherry fruit comes in a robust, slightly rustic old-fashioned style that will pair well with full-flavoured grilled or braised red meat dishes.
