Clear, medium-deep garnet, starting to brown at the edges. Somewhat faint bouquet of plums and blueberries with a drizzle of maple syrup. Light-bodied, fresh and fruity for its age, tasting of tart cherries with a long finish. Drink now, won’t get better.

Savoury and spicy on the nose, with scents of red berries that play through on the palate. Milk chocolate and spice are tamed somewhat by balanced acidity and a clean, dry finish. Atypical Pinot but good value.
A traditional, bottle-fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this attractive fizz shows rich, toasty biscuity notes with plenty of fruit, good weight, creamy texture, sufficient acidity and agreeably yeasty savour.
Aged in French oak barriques, this powerful wine shows a developed bouquet with fragrantly perfumed fruit, fine spice and fleshy, gamey overtones. Thick black plum and berry fruit comes in a solidly structured, full-bodied, velvety package, finishing with smooth chocolate and contrasting tannic grip.
