1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz Irish cream
Mix irish whiskey, irish cream, and ice cubes. Shake to chill. Serve with or without the ice, it is very good either way.
1 1/2 tsp Southern Comfort(R) peach liqueur
1 1/2 tsp Crown Royal(R) Canadian whisky
2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp pineapple juice
Place the two liquors into the bottom of a shot glas. Add pineapple juice and grenadine, mix well, and serve.
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz Grand Marnier(R) orange liqueur
1 dash Bacardi(R) 151 rum
First pour the coffee liqueur into the shot glass; next, slowly pour in the Irish cream over the back of a spoon and allow it to settle on top of the coffee liqueur; finally, (again slowly) pour the Grand Marnier over the back of a spoon into the glass. Add the dash of 151, light it with a match, and while the shot is still flaming, quickly place a straw to the bottom of the glass and drink quickly.
1/2 oz Midori(R) melon liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Malibu(R) coconut rum
1 drop milk
Shake Midori, Malibu and vodka with ice. Strain into a shot glass. Place a straw in milk and cover other end with thumb (to capture milk in straw). Place straw with milk about halfway into shot glass and use thumb to release 1 drop of milk in center of shot. This requires some practice, but if done properly, will form a white pearl floating in the shot. Very tasty!

1/2 oz DeKuyper(R) Watermelon Pucker schnapps
1 splash cranberry juice
Add ingredients to a mixing glass half-filled with ice. Swirl and strain into a large shot glass, and serve.
