El Blanco Gato Chocolate
1/4 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz Kahlua(R) coffee liqueur
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 oz whipped cream
Pour 1/2 oz. of Kahlua, 1/4 oz. of coconut rum and a long strain of chocolate syrup to a mixing tin. Apply a small amount of whipped cream into tin, shake and strain into shot glass.
