Contest Start Date: July 19, 2013 at 12:01am AT

Contest Closing Date: July 26, 2013 at 11:59pm AT

Contest Draw Date: July 29, 2013

To enter the promotion, the entrant must follow the Sponsor’s Twitter account located at the URL http://twitter.com/quenchbytidings from their own Twitter account. The entrant must then issue the status update from their Twitter account shown on the promotion page located at the URL http://quench.me/?p=79736. Only one entry per day is allowed. The entrant’s Twitter updates must not be protected during the promotion period. Entrants must have an active Twitter account to enter the promotion. Entrants may sign-up for their own free Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup.

All entries must be completed on or after July 19, 2013 and on or before July 26, 2013. You must reside in the United States or Canada. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.

ODDS
The odds of winning the Prize in this Contest are dependent upon the total number of qualified entries received on or after July 19, 2013 and on or before July 26, 2013.

PRIZE

The prize consists of one (1) Eat Street and one (1) Cooking From The Farmer’s Market.

•    No refunds, exchanges or time extensions

The retail value of the Prize is $50.  The Prize will be awarded in the United States and Canada.

PRIZE DRAW

On July 26, 2013 at approximately 2:00 p.m. [(AT)], one (1) entry will be drawn from all entry forms received. Once an entrant has been selected for a chance to win, he/she (the “Selected Entrant”) will be contacted via a Twitter direct message from the Sponsor’s Twitter Account. If the Selected Entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 business days, another entrant will be selected as the Selected Entrant.  This process will not be repeated more than two times (i.e. two alternate Selected Entrants if necessary) except in Quench Media’s sole discretion.  In order to be declared a winner, the Selected Entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question, and must otherwise comply with these Rules.  If the Selected Entrant is determined by Quench Media, in its sole discretion, not to have complied with these Rules in any way, he/she will not be declared a winner and another entrant will be selected as the Selected Entrant.  This process will not be repeated more than two times (i.e. two alternate Selected Entrants if necessary) except in Quench Media’s sole discretion.

Quench Media retains the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules or to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest at any time, and to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the Prize for any reason whatsoever. The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash redemption or substitution.

This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.  Decisions of Quench Media are final with respect to all aspects of this Contest.
