Cooking and Cruising

By / Food / June 7th, 2010 / Like

Are you a cruise-aholic? An acquaintance of my husband loves cruises so much that it’s the only kind of trip he takes. I’ve only ever been on short cruises; but, I came across an announcement by Holland America Line about their new Culinary Arts Centre that makes me consider a slightly longer jaunt. Its a “show kitchen at sea,” that resembles the fancy and well-equiped show kitchens used by celebrity chefs on the Food Network. Attend demonstrations, tastings and hands-on cooking classes while your sailing the deep blue seas.

If cruises and cooking are your idea of a good time, check out the list of chefs lined up for the summer series.
