Desert Gem Cactus

There’s a reason this prickly plant is named desert gem – these cacti come in a variety of jewel-tones from fire opal orange to ruby red and over to sapphire blue. They have relatively soft spines, so they’re less prickly than their cacti cousins.

Easy to care for, desert gems don’t need a lot of water – once every 10 to 14 days. Plunk them down in a bright spot and enjoy.
