Mike Weir Riesling 2008

Review Summary:
Made from grapes sourced from Château des Charmes’s 13-year-old vineyard in St. David’s. The nose is honeyed grapefruit and lime with a petrol note. It’s off-dry, beautifully balanced with succulent peach and citrus flavours. It reminds me of a Rheingau Riesling Kabinett.
Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio/Verduzzo delle Venezie IGT 2012

Editor Rating: Very Good
$18
Review Summary:
Nose shows subtle, though intense, green and stone fruit, together with floral and honeyed scents. In the mouth, green-fruit freshness combines with crisp acidity, mineral and delicate creamy, honeyed notes on the finish.
Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc 2012, Côtes-Du-Rhône AC

$20
Review Summary:
Floral and exotic ripe fruit scents yield to surprisingly crisp green apple and citrus flavours delivered with supple rounded mouthfeel, refreshing mineral grip and lightly tart acidity. Good as an aperitif or will pair with a variety of seafood and white meat dishes.
Amisfield Pinot Gris 2009

Review Summary:
Pale yellow. Characteristic nose of quince, wet wool and pear. Fine acidity, a nice roundness in the middle palate, quite dry and an energetic finish lifted by acidity.
