Royal Tokaji Boraszati Furmint

By / Wine + Drinks / April 16th, 2010 / 1

This is a dry version of the Furmint grape variety, better known for its range of sweet wines. Pale yellow, the nose is delicate with notes of candied pineapple, almonds and a good deal of minerality (petrol) that is also quite present on the palate. Not very acidic, it shows a good amount of complexity and length.
