Pio Cesare Barolo DOCG

By / Wine + Drinks / December 15th, 2009 / 1

Classy with dried flowers, raspberries, plums and light spices on the nose and palate. Full-bodied with supersilky tannins and a long, caressing finish. Still tight but the finesse and beauty are clearly evident. A nice rib roast will help tame the tannins and bring out the fruit.
