Neyen Espiritu de Apalta

By / Wine + Drinks / December 11th, 2009 / 2

This third-vintage release features half Cab Sauv and half Carmenère from 120-year-old vines and rootstock, respectively. The end result is ripe yet vibrant, very rich and concentrated, with well-polished, youthful tannins. Complex black currant, cassis and leather persist to the long finish. Drink from 2011 to 2015.
