Medium cherry in colour, this assemblage of Xinomavro, Syrah and Merlot reveals a bouquet of dark cherries, plums, spice, chocolate and vanilla. Medium-bodied, the plum and spice resonate on the finish, with fresh acid, soft tannins and some heat. Try it with wild boar in a berry sauce or grilled sausages.
