Dark ruby colour; lots of oak, an interesting note of ripe green pepper. Tons of fruit on the concentrated palate, full-bodied, well balanced, the finish is firm and clean. The wine is aged 18 months in the so-called “Gouffre de Cabrespine”, a natural cavern that provides ideal conditions and gave it its name.
