Garcés Silva Amayna Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc

By / Wine + Drinks / August 17th, 2010 / 1

I visited this winery last year and was very impressed with the quality of their wines. This particular offering has a medium yellow colour with a bouquet of honey, tropical fruit, peach, spice, cream and vanilla. Full-bodied, the texture is creamy and it churns out spice, smoke and caramel on the lengthy finale. It is perfectly suited for lobster.
