Concha y Toro Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay

By / Wine + Drinks / August 17th, 2010 / 1

There is a nice toasty/oaky overlay to the fruit, namely peach, apple and banana. The palate is rather full with caramel, citrus and minerals with a wonderful acidity derived from the grapes being grown in the cooler Limari valley. With very good length, it is perfectly suited for grilled salmon or chicken vol au volent.
