Colio 2010 CEV Small Lot Syrah

Here’s a syrah from one of Ontario’s oldest wineries … Colio opened it’s doors in 1980 in the Lake Erie North Shore region of Ontario and was the first winery in that area to receive a license since prohibition.  Since then a lot has happened in the region, including a name change: Essex Pelee Island Coast, which forms a much better acronym, EPIC – and if you’re a true Syrah fan this wine might be describe in just that way.
