From the excellent ‘05 vintage, this one has a long way to go. Ripe plum and dark cherry characters are very apparent on the nose with subtle spice and earthy minerality. Big, rounded red and dark fruit flavours fill the mouth, with firm dry tannins and a splash of dark chocolate on the finish.
