Casa Lapostolle Clos Apalta

By / Wine + Drinks / December 11th, 2009 / 1

This blend of Carmenère (43%), Merlot (30%), Cab Sauv (21%) and Petit Verdot (6%) varieties seduces with floral, wild berries, vanilla and hints of sage and sweet spice. Gorgeous mouthfeel with velvety tannins on a big, full-bodied frame. Decant before dinner to accompany post-dinner chocolate.
