The oak is evident in the form of toast, vanilla and caramel, but underneath, banana, tropical fruit, and honey are found. It is full-bodied and rich with a creamy texture, finishing on a spicy, crème brûlée note. Try it with butter poached lobster or roasted Cornish hen.
